Week 2

1. This week we learned about the characteristics of living things. I had already known of these characteristics, but it was really nice to get a refresher and I thought the activity that we did (shown below) was really fun.  4. This activity is something that I can apply to my future teaching and my future classroom. It was a really easy way to get creative with the different characteristics and a good way to incorporate art into a science lesson also. I made the students' chairs purple because that is my favorite color. I also will have alternative seating for students who need something different.      To investigate this question we went around the class and had everyone share their dream classroom. This was helpful because we can take different ideas from other people's dream classrooms and use them for our future class...
